Kenneth L. Brooks, Jr. "Ken" is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. He then spent time as a decorated law enforcement officer throughout the State of Florida, after which he attended and graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks, North Dakota in 1991. Ken is the senior/managing partner of the firm and has been with the firm since 1993. The firm is a true "general practice firm", with Ken handling a wide variety of cases including Criminal Trial work in both State and Federal Courts from misdemeanors to capital felony matters; Family Law matters including divorces, adoptions, custody and child support cases; personal injury cases including Auto Accidents and Wrongful Death matters; business litigation and planning and a myriad of other services listed on the website.
