Cecily M. Parker

Cecily is an associate attorney who practices in the commercial litigation section of the firm. She represents clients in state and federal court, both at the trial and appellate levels. Her practice focuses on appellate litigation, commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, real estate litigation, and business disputes, Cecily has participated in appeals before the First District Court of Appeals, the Second District Court of Appeals, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

 

Ms. Parker is admitted to all Florida State Courts, all Alabama State Courts, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
