Michelle A. Olliff
Michelle Olliff joined Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon in September 2017 as an associate attorney. A proud double Gator, Michelle earned her Political Science and Spanish bachelor’s degrees, as well as her Juris Doctorate Degree, from the University of Florida. Throughout law school, Michelle interned for the Family Law Division of the 8th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, served as Articles Editor for the Florida Journal of International Law, and worked as a Certified Legal Intern for Gator TeamChild. Michelle also received the Spring 2017 Book Award for Public Speaking for Lawyers and the Pro Bono Award of Excellence, and after graduating in the top 10% of her class, was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
Since joining our firm, Michelle's practice areas focus on real estate and commercial transactions and litigation, as well as community association work. Michelle is a licensed Title Agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.
Michelle is actively involved in the community, serving as a member of the board of directors for Keep Pensacola Beautiful, the President for the Northwest Florida Association for Women Lawyers, a co-chair for the 2020 Law Week Committee, a member of the Young Lawyer's Division and the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association, and a Membership Development Committee member for the Junior League of Pensacola.
Michelle is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Michelle is proud to serve clients from Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon’s Pensacola, Sandestin, and Perdido, Florida locations.
