Gary is heavily involved in the representation of closely held businesses, physician groups, and estate planning administration. He has extensive experience in the representation of business entities, including professional and physician practices. He works with individuals and businesses to resolve taxation issues and problems.

 

Gary is a member of the Florida Bar, Missouri Bar and the Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Association.

 

He serves as a member of the Executive Council of the Health Law Section of The Florida Bar. He is board-certified in tax law, and is board-certified in wills, trusts and estates.

 

Gary earned his undergraduate degree in 1974 from Louisiana State University, his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia in 1978, and his LL.M. in taxation from the University of

Florida in 1994.
