Mr. Weidner also served in the United States Marine Corps. He received his B.A. in Political Science in 2000 and his law degree in 2003, both from the University of Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003 and is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Florida, including the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Weidner focuses on insurance disputes, disability law, serious injury, and wrongful death. He was named to the Florida Super Lawyers "Rising Star" lists in 2012, 2013, and 2015 and was named a Super Lawyer in Insurance Coverage in 2016, 2017, and 2018. He was also named a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent attorney in 2013 and 2014.
