About Me And My Florida Law Firm

I am attorney Cameron Denise Simpson, and practicing law is in my blood. My father was a lawyer, and I followed in his footsteps, graduating from Mercer University Law School cum laude in 1985.For the first few years of my career, I handled insurance defense and litigated countless workers’ compensation cases. Today, I use the insight I gained defending the insurance companies to more effectively pursue compensation on behalf of accident victims and disabled individuals in Florida. Let me help you, too.I focus my practice on:

In my spare time, I am a sponsor for PAWS (Panhandle Animal Welfare Society) for Wounded Warriors, a charity that provides therapy dogs to injured soldiers. I am also an avid supporter of the local Choctawhatchee High School football and cheerleading teams, and two of my favorite sports are Formula 1 racing and tennis.

What Makes It All Worthwhile

In the end, there’s nothing that means more to me than having clients turn to me, hug me or shake my hand, and thank me for everything I did for them and their families. It makes the hard work and long hours all worthwhile.

It’s not only about the money and benefits that I obtain for people. It’s about the personal connection. I’ve had several clients tell me that I was their voice, speaking up for them when no one else could. I am deeply honored and privileged to fill this role for those I serve.

What You Can Expect At The First Consultation

When you first come to my office in Fort Walton Beach, I’ll have you fill out a brief intake sheet. Then, we will sit down together and talk about your situation, your financial needs and your questions. Then, I will explain your rights and what you can expect. My goal is to help you relax, knowing that all your worries will be addressed.

After we talk, I will also introduce you to my excellent and friendly staff. You’ll meet Burt, my office manager, Annina, my legal assistant and Roxy, my receptionist. Count on me and my team to truly take care of you and your concerns.
